Sales Coordinator for Maki Finland Oy – part time position

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who can support our Finnish sales team with servicing our Finnish customers.
Sales Coordinator and part of the Finnish team
As a Sales Coordinator for Maki Finland, you will be part of a strong team on four team members incl. you. You will have a central role in the team as you will support your sales colleagues in servicing the Finnish customers as well as you will collaborate with your colleagues in Denmark, where the headquarter of Maki A/S is located.
The position will be minimum 15 hours per week, where you will be working mainly from the office in Espoo. You will report directly to the Sales Manager of Maki Finland.
Your primary tasks will be
- Send and receive samples, items for customers and consumers, etc.
- Supporting Sales Manager and KAM in preparing the practicalities for customer meetings.
- Support with organizing the showroom for new seasons. Responsible for maintaining our showroom and keeping it updated.
- Handling consumer and customer claims.
- Servicing customers by phone and e-mail.
- Fill in customer master data sheets.
- Responsible for ordering office supplies, groceries, etc. for e.g. customers meeting.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks.
Your competences and experience
There can be different ways into the job. For example, you can be a newly graduate within marketing, sales, business administration or similar, or an experienced Sales Coordinator, Assistant or similar and looking for a positive work environment, strong team spirit and the opportunity to reduce your working hours. What is important, is that you possess the following competences:
- Fluent in Finnish and English both speaking and writing.
- Your IT skills are advanced meaning that you are an experienced user of excel, outlook, PowerPoint, and preferably Perfion.
- You have demonstrated experience with servicing customers, preferably B2B, and you are service-minded and take pride in servicing the customers as best as possible.
- You are structured, have an overview of your tasks and can prioritize them.
- You are a team player, outgoing and have an interest in learning and improving yourself.

We only sell to B2B customers which is served by a sales team in each of the Nordic countries.
